The Certificate IV in Project Management is a practical, hands on training course delivered in an interactive classroom environment designed to give participants the knowledge, skills and tools to enable them to become a more effective project team member.
The BSB41507 Certificate IV in Project Management is a competency-based award at Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) Level 4. The course comprises of eight units of competency from the National Competency Standards for Project Management which are developed in line with the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK®),the methodology adopted by both the Project Management Institute (USA) and the Australian Institute of Project Management.
Classes are facilitated by experienced Project Managers who encourage open discussions to enable the participants to gain real insight into how to apply the theory to their own work place.
The course is ideal for the wider Project Team regardless of business or industry sector. Completion of the
course will equip the participant with a working knowledge of effective project management methodology, as well
as arming them with the tools and techniques to better understand their role and effectively assist in the delivery
of projects.
